We source our products directly from international hubs to ensure 100% authenticity. Our delivery duration depends on your location:

  • Local Inventory (Bangladesh): Delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
  • Global Sourcing (Pre-Order): Products from the USA or International Hubs typically take 10 to 21 business days.
  • Discreet Packaging: Sexual wellness essentials are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure total privacy.

2. Order Tracking and Verification

Once your order is processed, you will receive a Tracking Number via email or WhatsApp.

Note for COD: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within Bangladesh, a nominal advance shipping fee is required to confirm the shipment and ensure a committed delivery.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For our international customers (Qatar, Australia, India, etc.):

  • Any import duties or local taxes imposed by your country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

Eligible for Return: Transit damage (broken seal), incorrect item, or faulty/expired products.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to Health & Safety Regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened products or items with a broken seal (supplements, skincare, or intimate wellness products).

5. How to Request a Refund

Please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

  2. Inspection: Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
