Welcome to Vita Health Care (VHC). We are dedicated to providing a transparent and reliable shopping experience. This policy details our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, and hassle-free return process for Bangladesh, Qatar, and worldwide.

1. Shipping and Delivery Timelines

We buy our products directly from the brands’ official websites or arrange supply directly with the companies; we do not buy through third-party sellers. Our delivery duration depends on stock and your location:

  • In-stock products (Bangladesh): normally delivered within 1 to 2 days in Dhaka and outside Dhaka, with Cash on Delivery. Delivery charge: Dhaka ৳100, Narayanganj ৳80, other areas outside Dhaka ৳120.
  • Pre-order (out-of-stock products): out-of-stock products can be pre-ordered. Arrival normally takes approximately 10 to 15 days; this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Any advance payment for a pre-order is agreed with you before the order is confirmed.
  • Discreet Packaging: Sexual wellness essentials are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure total privacy.

2. Order Tracking and Verification

Once your order is processed, you will receive a Tracking Number via email or WhatsApp.

Note for COD: Cash on Delivery orders within Bangladesh usually require no advance. Some orders may require a ৳200 advance after order verification, with the remaining balance payable on delivery.

How to place an order (Bangladesh, Cash on Delivery)

  1. Add the product to your cart and go to Checkout.
  2. Enter your name, mobile number and full delivery address.
  3. Choose Cash on Delivery and place the order.
  4. Pay the courier when your parcel arrives (see the note on advances above).

Ordering on WhatsApp instead: message us on WhatsApp with the product name or link, quantity, your name, mobile number and full address. Customers in Qatar: available in Qatar. To order, contact us on WhatsApp. In-stock products can be supplied; other products are available for pre-order, subject to confirmation. Website checkout and the Bangladesh charges above apply to Bangladesh addresses only.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

If your order does not meet expectations, we offer a structured return process.

Eligible for Return: Transit damage (broken seal), incorrect item, or faulty/expired products.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to Health & Safety Regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened products or items with a broken seal (supplements, skincare, or intimate wellness products).

4. How to Request a Refund

Please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Submit Proof: Send Order ID and clear photos/videos to [email protected].
  2. Inspection: Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
  3. Refund: After quality check, refunds are issued within 7 to 10 business days.
