The Bathmate HydroXtreme 7 is a hydro pump used in the shower or bath. It uses water instead of air to create the vacuum, and adds a handball pump with hose so you can fine-tune the pressure. Bathmate describes HydroXtreme as its most powerful pump.

How to use

1 Fill with warm water
Relax in a warm shower or bath for a few minutes, then fill the pump with water.
2 Seal and pump
Place it over the flaccid penis, seal it against your body and pump slowly until the bellows stay down.
3 Release and rest
After 2–3 minutes, release the vacuum, massage gently, then repeat up to 3 times.

The user guide names these parts: pump chamber with bellows, comfort insert, valve cap with quick-release mechanism, black pip (open/closed control), handball pump with valve cap, hose and hose connector, and shower strap.
- Trim the pubic area and relax in a warm shower or bath for a few minutes.
- Remove the comfort insert, fill the pump with water, then refit the insert. In the shower, close the black pip and lock the valve while filling.
- Place the pump over the flaccid penis, tight against the body, keeping the testicles clear of the seal.
- Angle it slightly upward, set the black pip to the central (open) position and pump slowly and evenly until the bellows stay depressed.
- For more vacuum, attach the handball directly or with the hose and squeeze it gently; remove it once you reach a comfortable vacuum.
- To remove, turn the valve cap anticlockwise and press it in to release the vacuum, then slide the pump off.
- Remove the pump every 2–3 minutes, massage the flaccid penis for about 2 minutes and reapply, no more than 3 times in a 15-minute session.
Wash the pump before first use and after each use with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and let it dry completely. Store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Use only water with the pump; lubricant is not advised.
