1 Add bars
Add elongation bars until the device is slightly longer than the flaccid, fully stretched penis.
2 Front piece
Push the bars into the front piece until it clicks.
3 Tube or strap
Fit either the silicone tube or the comfort strap. Use only one of the two.
4 Put on
Slip the device on and push the front piece towards the body until the springs are compressed.
5 Fasten
Tighten the tube or strap behind the edge of the glans, then release the front piece.
6 Add traction
Turn both hand screws inwards together; stop when the threads become visible.
Start-up programme from the maker: about 1 hour a day in week 1, rising by an hour each week to 6 hours in week 6, at 800–1,200 g at first and up to 2,000 g by weeks 5–6. Traction marks: 1 = 1,200 g, 2 = 2,000 g, 3 = 2,800 g.
Important safety information
- For adults aged 18 and over only (manufacturer).
- The maker says correct use should not be painful and that slight discomfort may occur at the beginning. If you feel pain, take the device off and re-check the fitting instructions.
- Do not go to extremes with traction or wear time; follow the start-up schedule.
- If you have penile curvature, Peyronie’s disease or any medical condition, speak to a doctor before using a traction device.
- Published reviews of traction devices report mild, temporary side effects such as pain, redness, bruising and itching.

Full product details
If the area behind the glans becomes sore or irritated, the QuickGuide says to place the included protection pad under the tube or strap as a cushion. For the first few weeks the maker advises not wearing the device for more than 4–5 hours at a time.
The maker’s curvature page suggests wearing the device for at least 15 minutes during the first session.
Independent research on traction devices in general, not on this product:
- A 2023 Cochrane review of non-surgical treatments for Peyronie’s disease rated the evidence for traction as very low certainty.
- A 2019 review reported modest and variable benefit that depended on daily wear time, and noted that studies were small and not randomised. Side effects reported were mild and temporary: pain, redness, bruising and itching.
A 2023 meta-analysis of five studies in men with Peyronie’s disease found a reduction in curvature with traction therapy but no significant change in length or erectile function, and described the studies as small and of low to intermediate quality.
