Reusable Belt Condoms
Overview
The Bathmate Hydromax 7 is the 7 size in Bathmate’s Hydromax range, the upgraded version of its Hydro series of water-based (“hydro”) penis pumps for use in the bath or shower.
Safe use
- Build up suction slowly and keep within the time limits in the instructions.
- Release the pressure and stop if you feel pain or numbness, or notice marked darkening or bruising.
- Check with a doctor before use if you have a bleeding disorder or sickle cell disease, take blood-thinning medicine, or have had priapism.
- If you have erection problems, see a doctor: they can be linked to other health conditions.
A pump makes the penis temporarily fuller while in use, and the effect fades afterwards. Evidence for lasting size gains is weak, so we do not promise any increase in size.

Hydromax 7 specifications (manufacturer information)
- Size: Bathmate says the Hydromax 7 is suitable for erect lengths up to 7 inches. The Hydromax range is sold in sizes 3, 5, 6, 7, 7 Wide Boy, 8 and 9. Bathmate says the standard Hydromax 7 supports a girth of 6.5 inches, and the Wide Boy version is made for wider users.
- Power: Bathmate describes the Hydromax as 35% more powerful than the Hydro series. This is the manufacturer’s claim; we have not measured it.
- Comfort: includes a comfort pad at the base, and pressure-release valves.
- Session limits (Bathmate): start with three 5-minute sessions; sessions should not exceed 15 minutes, no more than 5 days a week.
Hydromax 7 or Hydro 7?
Both fit the same stated length limit and have the same session limits. The Hydromax 7 adds the comfort pad and stronger suction; the Hydro 7 is the simpler model. Stronger suction makes building up pressure slowly even more important.
